How It Works

The Dial

A brass dial on top switches between Lint, Scent, or Dual, and the matching cartridge rotates to face front. Lint presents the adhesive roller only, Scent presents the fragrance roller only, Dual presents both. Each cartridge loads and refills on its own schedule, independent of the other. Pick your mode before you open anything — the dial decides what's live inside.

The Doors

A traditional roller sits out with its sticky roll exposed, collecting dust whether you're using it or not. Pluma stays closed until you're ready. A separate selector, also on top of the body alongside the dial, releases the doors — open them, and roll the exposed cartridge over your garment the same way you would any lint roller. Close them again when you're done.

The Take-Up

A traditional roller leaves you peeling off a used sheet with your fingers and finding somewhere to put it. Pluma winds the spent layer onto a hidden take-up spool inside the cartridge as you use it. No peeling, no contact with the adhesive, nothing to throw away until the whole cartridge is due for a refill.

How To Use

Turn the dial to Lint, Scent, or Dual to choose which cartridge faces front. Use the selector to open the doors, roll over the fabric, then close the doors when you're done. Founding orders ship as the current production run completes; standard orders ship in 3 to 5 business days. Return your roller within 30 days for a full refund. Opened refill cartridges aren't eligible for return; unopened cartridges follow the same 30-day policy.

Each sheet lasts roughly 150 passes. Adhesive and scent run on their own clocks, most people use scent faster, so refills are tracked and reordered separately. Swap worlds, change either cadence, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime from your account.

Is Gallery right for me?

Gallery is warm cream with ambrette musk, stone mineral, neroli, and sandalwood: the colorway for someone who wants ambient influence without announcement. If you want something warmer and more romantic, Parlor is the one to try next.

New York City · SoHo. Gallery doesn't share Manhattan with anyone else in this collection — it's hers alone, and specifically SoHo's: cast-iron facades, gallery openings that spill onto the sidewalk, a downtown built for someone who was here before it got popular.

How fast will my Pluma arrive?

Founding orders ship as soon as the current production run is complete, with a shipping estimate at checkout and a tracking email the day it leaves our facility. Standard orders, once we're past the founding drop, ship in 3 to 5 business days.

How long does a cartridge last?

Roughly 150 passes per sheet, but adhesive and scent deplete at different rates for most people. That's why each one has its own refill cadence, and each one counts down its last ten sheets separately so you can see either one coming before it runs out.

What if it's not right for me?

Return your roller within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened refill sheets aren't eligible for return, since they're a personal-care product, but an unopened cartridge is covered under the same 30-day policy.

What's actually in the adhesive and scent sheets?

A residue-free, skin-safe polymer adhesive with no harsh solvents, safe for direct contact with cashmere, silk, and wool. Fragrance is formulated to IFRA standards and safety-tested every batch.

Can I change my refill subscription later?
